After another long time no see I’d like to share with you the progress of the game I’ve been working on.
Steel Revenant is a single player first person melee action game where you play as Model 75, a biomechatronic unit, in several “training simulation” environments.
Thank you for sharing your latest project with us and for using UE to build it. Steel Revenant is an awesome title for your game! The logo at the end is giving me “badass”. The slo-mo shot with the bullet exiting the gun was so epic! I was not expecting to see what that shot revealed. Very inspired!
As Model 75, does the player cycle through different training simulations as a progression, at random, or does the player select their own simulation? Also, what is Model 75 training for?
Progression is going to be linear in the first run. After that players will be able to revisit any level with different modifiers.
Model 75 is a military unit who was trained prior to this event for situations like assassination and crowd control. With this incident however the training program restarted by itself and is malfunctioning so it will be an unusual training sim this time!
