Since 4.12 it appears that the Steam VoiceChat is broken. I set up a new project that simply allows creating and joining a steam session with voice enabled and experience a problem with audio cutting out in UE 4.12 - In 4.11 it was working fine, i noticed you made many changes in the OnlineSubsystemSteam in 4.12 which might be the reason audio is cutting off.

UE-31605 is entered in and it’s on our to do list. The bug is in regards to VOIP not working when DefaultPlatformService=Null in the DefaultEngine.ini file of projects, such as ShooterGame. Can you show me how yours is set up?
