During the period of the Epic acquisition, I had a rolling steam licence that I was using. Of course with the new changes we cannot get a monthly subscription for steam anymore. Im wondering what happens in terms of licence costs? Am I stuck with having to buy points or is there something else available? I remember reading you get upgraded to a different licence type based on what you currently were on but im quite unsure about it. Could I some assistance please ?
now it is possible to have a full ENT license or use PPI license with credits. You can find more about our products here: https://www.capturingreality.com/Products.
There were various license types before the acquisition, now there are just these two in offer.
Hi Ondrej, thanks for getting back. However this is the part that I am not clear on. I try to login with the steam account but it takes me around back to the PPI licence agreement. I had a steam licence during the acquisition time and as it clearly states here in the FAQ. What does the Perpetual Enterprise licence offer?
Hi, it depends, when did you migrate your Steam account under Epic Games account. There was a other opportunity to achieve ENT license by migration https://www.capturingreality.com/realitycapture-discontinued-on-steam, but as I can see, you are not eligible for the second one action. Please, send all of your data and we will see, if it is possible to do something with it.
