Steam and other digital storefronts should only allow professional developers to sell games

The experience story from Bruno makes me wonder if shovelware is actually more profitable than making an actual real game. I know the idea sounds horrid but think about it: If exposure is more valuable to get sales than the quality of the games then it makes way more sense to just spam hundreds of ■■■■■■ games for almost no money than to make one really good but expensive game that then vanished into the sea of games.
