The documentation only mentions static skylights available on mobile. But setting a stationary skylight with a stationary directional light seems to work (work == it does something). Does UE4 now support stationary skylights or is this undefined behavior?
You know, there is some features that are not intended to work on mobile, but mobile preview on pie shows them as they were possible. But once you make the first build you get hit with reality.
So my short answer and my piece personal advice is you should test as soon as possible:
1- if feature works as intended.
2- Performance of the feature on device.
Well that is the tricky part. Stationary light seems to work on android Shield Tablet K1 with solid 60fps and Vulkan. But the docs still say otherwise.
