Static Offset Not Saving on editor restart: IKRetargeter Bug???

I made a minor adjustment to the Static Offset in the IK Retargeter to ensure that the character’s arms don’t clip into their body. Everything works as expected after the adjustment, but when I restart the editor, the Static Offset resets to zero, failing to save the changes I made. Oddly enough, if I disable the IK, that setting remains saved even after restarting the editor. I believe this is a bug, right? Or did I miss something?

I have been getting the same issue with Unreal 5.2, Static Offset values reset to zero on Editor restart.

I have found that static LOCAL offsets are saved on Editor restart, and that possibly helps to solve some aspects of this issue. Just mentioning this in case it helps anyone.
