Static meshes not showing up in packaged project

I’m trying to package my UE5.3.2 game for windows but once i run the packaged project most of my level is completely gone (invisible, can’t collide, doesn’t seem to be there at all). You can still pick up a weapon and do everything the way you’re supposed to but many of the walls, which are just static meshes dropped into the level aren’t there anymore. This only happens in the packaged game, it works fine in standalone game, quick launch, editor, etc. Here’s a comparison:
