Static meshes not in level or outliner, but showing up in play

I have a 3rd person template level where I’ve duplicated some meshes.
I went to undo a few changes and I think I fat fingered some wrong keys when pressing CTRL + Z and some of the meshes disappeared.

Thought I accidentally pressed CTRL + X and deleted them, but when pressing play they return

I have no idea what happened or how to fix it and would appreciate some help solving the matter
