Static Mesh to Skeleton Mesh Failure to import?

Hello everyone, I have seen a video that shows how to convert a static mesh to a skeleton mesh, i have followed every step:
1-Export the static mesh
2-Import the fbx as a skeleton mesh
but the mesh doesn’t look the same, as you can see below:

I hope someone could help me.
I have made this model in Blender, which to the extent of what I know, i cant export as a skeleton mesh, I have to mention that I have imported a previous version of the static mesh, and it worked, but now that it is more complex it doesn’t show, any help would be appreciated
