Static mesh scales change without any reason

Hi. I have made a simple lamp with a cone and put several instance of that somewhere in my level. their scales change without any reason and i have to remove them and put them again. I have even blocked their scale option. I do not really know what causes that.

Is it possible that you change the scale of the cone in a construction script?

yes. worked. but for some more complicated actors it is gonna be kinda tedious to set the scales of every piece of it in construction script.
