Static Mesh is deforming when Importing from Blender to UE4

I’m pretty new at this just trying to make any simple game character i can control so i can practice the entire workflow of making a character, been running into quite a few issues xD
anyways I have this mesh that seems to be getting distorted when i import it into unreal, im sure its some simple option im not checking or something thats what my last issue was, but I cannot seem to figure it out and most answers i find are for different kind of distortions, If there is any other info you would need just let me know =D
