Static Mesh Bug? Rotating moving and flipping

There seems to be an issue that is occuring in the environment I am building. When I opened up the world editor today. Some buildings that I had created from the Modular Building Pack had become translated and rotated. Also, when I copy a mesh and paste, the pasted mesh is rotated 180 degrees. When I select a mesh and object rotate. The mesh starts rotating even when I am not moving the rotation wheel. Duplicating a building hierarchy and moving the duplicated building causes the building to become distorted (the static meshes that make the building become translated and rotated). Not sure what the issue could be with this. Any ideas would be helpful to fix this! Thanks!
