Static Mesh broken inside Blueprint

Howdy. This static mesh looks fine in the editor and if placed in the level:

But, When Placed within an Actor, looses its mesh and instead becomes a white plane. is This a texture/material malfunction?

How do I fix this? Thank you.

It’s a plane ( only 2 tris ), have you tried turning it around?

Howdy Clockwork thank you for responding I’ll try to be more responsive as well. It seems to be the same image on both sides.



scaling doesn’t change it- However:

Adding a new static mesh, the new static mesh seems to work. My only guess is that the 1st static mesh was using an old material.


something about the initial static mesh I was using is wrong though I cannot determine what it is.
