Static mesh and character ( teleportation or spawned)

Good afternoon, I’m making a game (horror)
And there is one thing I would like to know, I have ready-made static mesh models (or rather dummies)
I need to make it so that when a player steps on a boh script, a ready-made mannequin will teleport behind him or be created. I would like to make at least 2-3 such script boxes.
I wanted to know how this is done, whether it needs to be connected through the boh script or through the blue print of the character.
I also wanted to know whether the mannequins should be in a static mesh or just like an actor?
