This is still an issue in 5.6. After adding and deleting a parameter within the State Tree, I see that warning every time the State Tree is spawned. There are no references to any deleted parameters in any tasks, enter conditions, etc. When viewing the Property Matrix of the State Tree, it only contains data of actual used parameters - nothing that was previously present.
