State Machines: Two Way Transition Rules

I think that a nice way to help clean up some of the more complicated state machines would be to allow a two way transition between states that allows you to set the transitions for both directions with only one line being shown.

Hi Xendran,

Select the transition and check the Bidirectional checkbox.
