I have not been able to get startup videos to work even though I am using the official startup videos provided by epic. I created a movie folder in my projects content folder to place the file in, and I set my settings to the following. I have packaged my project for 64bit Windows. Also, I do not know if it is related, but my packaged game crashes on startup if I click onto another window before it finishes loading.
