Explosive barrels, anything attached or attached to them need to be dynamic instead of static, not sure but I think this started being a problem a few updates ago.

Sometimes blueprints seem to be resetting the Row Name on the resource table, could be user mistake, makes things invalid, but will show up in the Output log as errors mentioning resource stuff

Using Megacity signs or certain Asteria trees, these props are/were buggy and creating thier own HLOD layer on a HLOD build, these props need to have your HLOD Layer in their Default HLOD Slots to override this behaviour. You can see these if you enable HLODs to be seen in the Outliner and you see HLOD stuff that is not in your HLOD Layer folder.
