I’ve decided to do this completely within UE, I’m using 5.3 at the moment.
I’ve imported my Mesh then created the Skeleton and Weights and also have been playing around with Control Rig which is great but I figure now I need a Rest Pose (from Control Rig) and then I can get into Anim BPs. My question is, what’s the next step?
I have questions such as …
Do I always need to drag the Control Rig into the scene or can it be done via a Blueprint?
Do I need Sequencer to pose my Rig or can it all be done procedurally?
Do I need Animation BP or can I do it all in Control Rig?
Control Rig does work with Pose Cache Variables but can I export and save these?
