Hi all,
I’ve installed Unreal engine on my pc but cant open it up, I always get an error message kile this one:

I already checked my graphics card and the graphic driver of my gpu (Intel HD Graphics 530 ) is on the newest version.

But I keep getting an error message when I start the Engine:

It basically ssays that my grapfic driver version is outdated.

Anybody knows a solution for this?

Hey @unrealenergine! Welcome to the forums!

It is stating that you need version 101.5333 or newer, while you have version 101.2114.

If you read the fine print it says:

“The Intel Driver & Support Assistant is not able to update the driver. Contact Fujitsu(with a link) for the latest driver for your computer.”

You need to follow that link and go to Fujitsu’s website for an updated driver. :slight_smile:

Hi @Mind-Brain , thanks for your fast reply.
I followed the link ( Download : Fujitsu Global (fmworld.net)) and downloaded the fujitsu desk update software. After I let that running I got the result that my system is up to date…

I also did the required restart of my pc. I still get the same error message.

You will have to go deeper than simply using an auto-updater.

It is even possible that your onboard graphics chip does not support a higher driver.

You need to get in contact with Fujitsu through their channels on their webpage. :slight_smile: Hopefully they can solve it quickly for you!

Hi!

I had some errors like this in games and other apps “EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error” It only happens if i overclock my pc in BIOS. But if i turn stuff back to normal. Games and stuff runs smud again. You can normaly have 80% of capacity of Ram freqency hz and run stuff smud .

Suggest you try that if you have an overclocked computer, cheers :wink:
