I m computer engineer from Turkey.
In Turkey there is not enough source about Unreal Engine.
SoI i want to build a forum about Turkish Unreal Engine.
Do you have a mind for you?

If you want to do Tutorials in Turkish or translate english documents into turkish then I’m pretty sure you can do so with any wiki builder site.
also @ https://forums.unrealengine.com/ there is a central Europe section, where you could gather a community from turkey if you wanted to. I’m pretty sure turkish devs will populate tutorials and create websites over team as the need arises, in the mean time try to do the same youreself!
And as Tamaru said you can create your own blog or wiki site for Turkish documentation. I really don’t think Epic would mind.
We would love to have you translate our documentation on our wiki, and become active in our European forums.
As the volume for this region grows, we can definitely expand the forums, or even give you your own answer hub section if needed.
