I’m having the same issue. Is there someone from @Epic that confirm if this is intended behaviour or simply a bug?
In the meantime, I can use the workaround of saving a separate copy like Jense841 is doing.
Also, @Epic, is there a simple way to report bugs quickly? I have come across several, including repeatable ways to make the editor crash.
