No content tab for me either. Did you find any solution to it? Why can’t they simply add a download link for it?
This worked for me.
Close Unreal Engine. Then in the Epic Games Launcher, click Unreal Engine on the left hand side, then the Library tab, then click the plus sign next to ENGINE VERSIONS and install version 5.6.1. When it’s done, go to C:\Program Files\Epic Games (or wherever you have your Unreal Engines installed), jump into the UE_5.6 folder and copy the folder named “Samples” and paste it into UE_5.7. Then go back to the UE_5.6 folder again and into a folder named “FeaturePacks”, and copy the file called StarterContent.upack. Go to UE_5.7 and into FeaturePacks, and then paste that file in there. Now open your Unreal 5.7 project, open the Content Drawer, click Add. Now you should see a Content tab next to Blueprint and C++. There’s your Starter Content. Phew!

Thank you, this worked for me on 5.8 too. It’s really dumb to remove this, not provide any alternative on top of not updating their tutorials…
