Devlog - Day 37
Just working piece by piece on this mechanic. Haven’t reached what I envisioned yet, but it’s definitely progressing well!
interesting concept.
i like it.
also i rather a dog.
(btw daily vlogs for two people seems like a lot of time)
all the best
Thanks! Totally get the dog preference
And yeah, daily vlogs are a wild ride—but we’re having fun! Appreciate the kind words
Devlog - Day 38
One messy island, slowly turning into a peaceful home.
Before & After — where we started vs. where we are now.
Which side do you want to walk on?
.
Be honest:
Are you more excited for GTA 6 or for my game that absolutely no one asked for but I’m making anyway?
Hello @ArashNegahban !
Lovely again to see an update. As per your latest post, I would like to ask if I can be excited about both? I like my chaos game, but also need my relaxation games to help wind me down.
For the rake mechanic, what will the selection options do in the future? I see that they allow you to view the value, but will you be able to pick and choose certain items out of your rake?
Relaxation through simulation games has been our primary goal in this game. In our game, there are three tools for collecting trash. With the tongs, you can pick up trash one by one and toss it into the bin.
Devlog - Day 48
Quick question for fellow devs & players:
Do you like realistic graphics in simulation games?
Or do you prefer something more stylized—even if the gameplay is realistic?
Curious where people stand on this.!
The best kind of bugs:
– You don’t know how they happened
– You don’t know how you fixed them
– But they steal a week of your life anyway
Thanks, virtual textures.
Devlog - Day 53
Before vs After
We’ve come a long way turning chaos into calm.
Cleaning up can be satisfying — especially when the reward is this view.
Two months have passed since the development of our game began, and we’re currently preparing the first demo for testing. I hope there’s a part of the community here interested in testing the game and providing feedback.
A month ago: just a rough prototype, placeholder everything.
Now: gameplay is tighter, visuals cleaner, and it finally feels like a game.
One month of work, hundreds of small decisions. #indiedev #gamedev #beforeafter
From filthy to fresh Showing the transformation of our island after some serious cleanup.
Nothing like watching a messy world slowly come back to life.
Meet the two very good boys in our game:
German Shepherd — loyal, focused, always on alert
Golden Retriever — playful, chaotic, possibly trying to dig up the plot
Together? The perfect mess.
Which one would you choose as your companion?
