how can I do start screens that shows logos and warning text ?

One way is to use “startup movies” in project settings.
Another way to use widgets and media player for that.
Its a really huge thread so I can’t make good answer in one post. You need to be more specific.
When I do it with the startup movies in project settings it does not work, I’ve tried it with standalone version.
