I see there are turrets available to us. Are they able to be used to target players and shoot? If so, how?

You can find the new turrets and vehicles in any of the Star Wars templates. The path to them is “Star Wars Content/Devices/Vehicle”
You can drop the turrets from there to your island and then configure them as a normal device!
Unfortunately, those turrets require a player to operate them; they cannot fire on their own.

Thanks! Sadly yeah they didn’t add auto turrets for this.
Do you know about the AT-AT’s? Is there any automation or drivability of them? @BRGJuanCruzMK

AT-AT’s are not driveable, however If I’m not mistaken they ARE animatable so you could try making your own turret script possibly.

I’m wondering, looking at the cubes at the bottom of the feet in the hoth level if you are able to have it walk automatically? Just looking at some youtube videos of other things walking, it looks like this would have that same functionality?
