I posted a free product, I know it is rated but the starred reviews are not showing. Also some people said there is no star rating button, can someone explain this?
When I published the product I had a verified trader status sign, I thought maybe I should wait a little longer but it’s still the same.

Hey, star ratings are only displayed once the product reach 5 ratings total. Before that they are hidden
However, some people said that the review button was not visible.
Not sure about that though. Maybe they just have to wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page after “purchasing” the asset
I just added your product to my library and I see the option to rate it.
If I download the files and don’t add it to my library, I don’t see an option to rate it. I’m checking with the team on this - thanks for raising it.
