Stange Santion on my product

Summary

Hello
Today I realized that one of my products state have changed to changes needed.
I got an email from fab that claim one of the files with my product is broken without any info about the file.
All the files were working fine on my pc when I uploaded them and even in My sanctions page, No file name is mentioned!
Could some one from FAB help team, Send me and email and tell me which file was broken?
Here is my Sanction ID: 06e1761b-363e-45a5-bd22-eae2683e9251

This product was approved last week!

We can’t add our own products to the library so I think you can’t test which files are missing. Maybe someone else you know and bought it can download them and check for you? I know it’s not the best solution but someone must download and check for missing files.

Sorry, Are you one of FAB support team members?
I’ve already tested it and it worked fine before submitting. Also it was approved by FAB team after submission and a change request which I did. It was approved a few days ago and was available to buy.
Until suddenly today, I received an email from FAB that my product has a broken file which was reported by a buyer! They did not mention which file was broken!

It’s strange to receive such a sanction without any details about which file is broken! I think it’s a mistake !
And for sure even if any of the files is broken, If FAB mention which file to me, I will replace it!
How can I understand which file is broken when they don’t mention it and all the files are working fine on my PC!?

Sorry, my bad, I’m not form the support team, just another seller. I replied because something similar happened to me in the past, a buyer said in a review that the project didn’t worked, so I downloaded the project and they were right, it didn’t worked, some files where missing. The issue wasn’t the files I provided for review (they were complete and worked fine, like in your case), the problem was that the build that was uploaded for download had missing files, so the Support team had to re upload the project again.

It’s something that can happen, which I didn’t knew at that time. The difference is that previously we could download and test our own projects, now we can’t add them to the Library and test after they are approved.

In your case, you can contact the support team and they can reupload all the files again for you.

Oh,I see,Thanks Raul

No problem  Hopefully they will allow us to add our projects to our library so situations like this one can be avoided.

Thanks for letting us know about your issue. This was an error on our end during your submission review, and we’re working to correct that issue so it doesn’t occur again. Please resubmit again, with no changes necessary.

I’m sorry for the trouble and confusion,
Josh
