Standalone Game Target Mobile Device on 5.4 fails with this error message

As per title, Standalone Game Target Mobile Device fails on every device with this error message:

This error might be due to an issue with the configuration settings for the mobile target. Check that your SDK and NDK paths are correctly set up in the project settings. Thanks for the response! Neither of those worked unfortunately, but reinstalling the engine on my C Drive rather than D Drive fixed the issue!
