Stamina system with tired state

Hello, Unreal new user here.
I made a basic stamina system but i would like to implement a “tired state” where the character slow down for few seconds when stamina reach 0, but i’m actually lost on implement it.

I’ve tried to “attach” it to the sprint action but until i release the key the character won’t slow down.
If anyone could give me a hand it would be nice.
