Found the solution:
Disable console commands:
r.TonemapperFilm 0
r.TonemapperGamma 0
And maybe also:
r.TonemapperQuality 0
Then multiply material by 0.5
Or just remove the exposure in the project settings.
If you still see pixel distortion try to reimport the texture with a proportion by 2.
Also, but not needed: No motion blur, Anti-Aliasing none.
