spotlight variables in blueprint

Hi

I created a spotlight component in a blueprint and was suprised to find out that i do not have full control over it.
I am missing the functions to set all these values:

useTemperature
minRoughness
shadowResolution
shadowFilter

after some research i found out that these things have been requested since 2015.
So i guess i simply do not find how to set these values in my light, because after 3 years these things should be solved.
Could someone point me to a doc or tutorial where i can find how to set them or.
If it is not possible, can i expose these values myself, like for shaders in the material editor where i can expose some stuff also manually, is there any way to do this then ?
