Splitting Animation from Maya which has three states in the Sequencer

Hello everybody

I am learning Twin motion, and wanted to ask is there way to have a animated sequence from Maya and split it into three separate state? My animation has and intro then a middle action then an outro I’ve tried importing these separately but it just brings in a new mesh which is what I don’t want.

Is it one animation per sequence?

I know in Unreal you can load in a character mesh with joints and have multiple animations for that rig, is there a way of doing that in Twin Motion?

Any help would be great.
