Im trying to get this effect on a Cinematic, or something similar with two cameras using split screen.

There is no easy way as far as i know. You can use a scene capture 2D actor and use that as a texture target in your main camera’s post process(blendable) You’d have to split the screen in the material and adjust camera positions accordingly though.
