Spline mesh twisting artifacts

My spline mesh is creating broken pieces on every step, so I wonder what is the issue?
I tried fixing up vector, but my clue is that I may be caused by tangents.

Its just basic actor with spline component creating spline meshes.


I tried to solved it for few days, but after posting I obviously have found the solution. I need to clamp Tangengs to size of Mesh…

Im gonna try understand that
