spline editor and mesh's

Hi,

if I understand the spline tutorial correctly https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/Landscape/Editing/Splines/index.html I should be able to use it to do something like create a creek. I used the lake water material from the content, and turned that into a mesh, but the water doesn’t connect like the tutorial says it should. I control click from one spline to another as noted. But the water doesn’t fill, it just makes a box around the spine. Though i do see some green fill that occurs between the splines.

Hi Krone,

Ensure that you are selecting the actual planes in between the spline points. These need to be adjusted as well to ensure you get a creek look. You will want to play with the mesh options to get the cleanest look to it, and if need be adjust the UV coordinates in the water material to make it a larger texture.
