SphereCollision OnComponentBeginOverlap Triggering too late on Landscape

It seems that the event is not triggering or triggering too late whilst closing by to the landscape. You can see that there’s no print yet.

It just triggers at the very most moment when the center overlaps it. The print is showing where and when the overlap event is triggered.

Also interesting that it works perfectly the other way around (below landscape surface)

It indeed seems a bug as generate overlap is active on landscape, collision presets are correct and working over other places but for landscape, already tried a bunch of possibilites around this, any hint of a work around will be much appreciated
