How to make a timer so speed runners can check their time? I’m sure it’s simple, but YouTube and google doesn’t tell me how to convert

I feel like I’ve answered this a dozen times… You do not need to use a timer, you can use this:

And a bit of math but it may be convenient to pause / unpause a timer.
