Your set dressing and lighting looks really good!
I do think some of the materials could use some improvement, i.e the brick material grout is too dark and the normal map also looks a bit off.
Also, some of the carpets seems to be floating like 1cm above the ground

yeah , i bake lights for every scene, i use 3ds max sketchup and archicad for modeling sometime i using Zbrush for detail model.
