Spawned character possession is interfering with Set View Target With Blend in the level blueprint.

This is for a camera actor. If the spawned character is not possessed the camera actor works as it should. But as soon as the character is possessed the new view target node in the level blueprint stops working. The common denominator here is “get player controller”, used both in the Set View Target node and in the possess node.

What can I do here to fix this? Thanks.

I was able to fix this for now by choosing to use the Event Tick to drive the set view target with blend VS the Event Begin play inside the level bp.
