How can I get Players to spawn with a few items and wearing armor?
Edit the “default inventory items”, “default equipment” and “default slot items” to contain items you want. For “default inventory”, also set the “default inventory engram” to 0 for corresponding items.
These can be found in the PlayerPawn, inside Components->PrimalInventory
adding to the default inventory items works just fine but nothing happens when I add to equipment and slot
I too would like to know a work around for this, adding an item to equip slot does nothing on play even in the construction script.

well you need to give it to inventory first…
