Spawn skeletal mesh as a particle with Niagara?

  1. Is it possible to spawn particles that are made of skeletal meshes with Niagara onto a static mesh?
  2. I wish to create a stylized tree. The leaves will be skeletal meshes with animations.
  3. I hope I can spawn the skeletal mesh leaves onto a treetop static mesh and the leaves will stay on the tree.
  4. After the leaves have been spawned on the static mesh, can I keep the tree and leaves as a blueprint so I can use the tree other places?
