I built a racing map and, at first, it was running virtually problem free. As I kept testing it with friends however it eventually broke. The way it’s set up is game starts, spawns players at a starting area. After around 30 seconds killzones kill every player on the map and it is set to respawn them each in their own vehicle. However, only one player ever is spawned into a vehicle (selected at random among all participants) and every other player spawns in the sky. Vehicles and spawns associated with them are attributed to separate teams and I suspect the issue may lie with that. Here are the Island Settings I have. I’ve also noticed the game seems to reset these when uploading to the FN server sometimes? Bizarre issue.
I should also add that if anyone just has a smarter way of doing this I would be more than happy to use that method as well. I don’t really know anything about Verse scripting but if there’s something that would get the job done easier than setting up spawn pads linked to vehicle spawns and all of this killzone nonsense I would be very thankful for that assistance.
