I´m using spawn and destroy actor to well create and destroy actors. When I first spawn an actor it gets the name, in my case “changetest1”. When I Destroy and recreate the same actor it gets the name “changetest11” after that 12 and so on. This is pretty much the same for display and object name. So somewhere the engine caches the previous names. Is it possible to somehow reset all the names, so they always would start at 1 again ? It´s probabely not a big deal. But I wonder if you could run into memory problems because of this when you have an application running for hours or even days ?
edit: Another question. How can I destroy an actor from a BP that is allready present in my scene ? When I create an actor reference variable I can see that actor from the drop down list but I can´t select it.
