Spawn and delete meshes using box collisions

I have two box collisions. I want one box collision to spawn in my obsticals and I want the other one to destroy the obstacles that were spawned so I can respawn them again when entering the first box. This is so my game is not as repetitive. I have functions than spawn the obsticals in as well.
