Source pose was visible but ignored


I am trying to use pose blending for my characters animation. However when trying to get the pose to show up in the animation blueprint I get a note that says “Source pose was visible but ignored” and the pose does not show up in the viewport.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Try plugging the reference pose node to Source Pose.

Where do I find the reference pose? When I drag in the Pose Asset in from the Asset Browser, the node I had before appears.

I’m having the exact same problem.
Trying to integrate Custom Movement into Easy Survival RPG.
I try to add the Custom Movement Linked Anim Graph to ESRPG’s Anim Graph right before the Output Pose, and I get the Blue Note saying “In Pose Visible but Ignored”…
I’ve had this errors trying to integrate a few different kits into other kits.

I’m really not sure what to do and I’ve looked ALL over the internet. UE4 Forums, Reddit, Discord, etc etc. There’s no final answer with a fix. Not for this specific error anyway.

I’m willing to accept a work around. This is clearly an issue with a lot of people and I’m surprised it’s been going on for 5 years or more.
