Sound Only Playing In A Certain Range

So I have been having a bit of issues with sound. I want to play a sound at a certain location, I even made sure to add an attenuation along with it in the map. Only problem is that it only plays the sound when the player is in the range, which I want the sound to be playing at all times even when the player is out of the range. When I enter the area the audio plays right away, as soon as I leave the area it stops of course, but as soon as I get back in the attenuation range it starts the audio all over again. I’m trying to say I’m making like a speaker of some sort, I want it always be playing even when I’m not in the attenuation area. If that makes any sense.
