Sound Design & Alien: Isolation - Part 4: Setting the Scene

In this video we start placing the sounds we made in Parts 2 and 3 into a small scene.

We add the Engine Hum sound, as a base layer for the Phantom Footsteps and Thuds we’ll add in the next video.

Using the same zoning mechanism we used in the Music Zones tutorial (Adaptive Audio: Music Zones | Valkyrie Sound UE4 Audio Tutorial - YouTube) we build a template Blueprint we can use as many times as we want throughout the map, with functionality to change the ambient sound being played in each zone.
