Hi, I wanted to suggest a feature that would enhance user experience when managing assets. It would be great to have the ability to sort assets by engine/marketplace, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Sketchfab, etc.
This would streamline the process of finding relevant assets for specific platforms and make navigation more intuitive. As someone who uses multiple platforms, this feature would significantly improve my workflow.
Thanks for considering this request, and I look forward to seeing how the store evolves!
Hi @PULSAR_BYTES . Thanks for that suggestion! It’ll be possible to filter your searches by file format (for example, Unity or Unreal Engine, OBJ or GLTF).
We won’t have a filter for the original marketplace that a product might have appeared on.
I believe it could be benefitial to have some distinction on the original marketplaces of the product, as there is some times a clear diference in some quality from the UE marketplace to sketchfab assets, it might be unwise to navigate a soup of mid quality sketchfab assets just in persuit to find a good unreal marketplace asset, so sorting this out in some way would be nice, same with quixel assets, altho i understand that you want to give equal chance of discovery for every asset.
We now have a huge stock of assets from multiple platforms mixed in a messy and almost inaccessible draft, sharing the same filters without yielding results. I’m hoping for a little more clarity in the future.
