hi, @FKstudio , can you please clarify what you mean by “get stuck” - what does the page you end up at say? Is it asking to fill in some fields, or just not showing anything?
I want to go through these steps and use this platform. Both to show my portfolio and sell my models, textures, etc.
So. When I get to this page, I can’t go further. If I select “I am a trader” and click on the “start verification” button, then I am asked to enter an email address. I enter it and get this answer.
If I choose “I am not a trader” (although I want to be a trader, because I want to sell my art just like on the platforms sidditteryday and turbosguide), then I get this red notification.
if i don’t select anything and click on “skip” i go to another page where i am given an option to choose. i select “personal” option and click on “start tax interview”. this time i get red notification again.

I had this issue too, the way the problem was solved for me was to go to UE Publisher Portal and accept the terms there then try it again on the FAB page.
I don’t think you need to set “I am a trader” to sell. I know it’s confusing …
I have this same issue, I contacted support, sent a few logs of my browser and I’m waiting for a response from the developer team. I’m not very positive I’m getting it soon, having viewed other topics. This kind of delays, where nobody seems to know what is happening, and which could have been avoided just by creating a new account, or migrating the one from Sketchfab, instead of trying to recover a deactivated one, are very frustating. I left TurboSquid exclusivity to this? Please, don’t make me regret it.

@FKstudio, in case you are an individual, you better review all the documentation linked during the Trader Verification process regarding the consideration of “Trader” in the context of the EU law about the protection of customers which requires it to be stated clearly in the marketplaces profiles of sellers. I didn’t take a decision myself still, to be honest, as it’s not absolutely clear.
Anyway, this topic is not about that.
As you can see from my post, I have checked all three possible options. And I can’t proceed further with any of them.
